1. All peristaltic pumps flow data are all tested in clear water and the medium will have impact on flow rate. For high viscosity liquid, high solid-content of liquid, poor fluidity of liquid, the actual flow and marked flow will have a great decay!
2. the flow parameters are tested in the water under the condition of micro head lift and suction. If suction is too long, the flow rate will decline and the flow loss of head lift is small.
3.the required flow rate should be within the limit flow. In the actual selection, especially for long-term-operation pump, we strongly recommend that the pump at low speed can meet the flow requirements (≤ 300rpm). Long-term high-speed operation, will reduce the pump life, and wear out the tubing soon, which is consumable and expensive.

1.Please select pump tubing according to chemical liquid of pumped liquid, especially corrosive liquid. There are mainly domestic or imported tubing in the market, in which the domestic tubing is made of silicone rubber and can resist chemical corrosion and for more requirement, users have to rely on imported tubing. 2.The general domestic silicone life is usually more than 500 hours (300rpm, medium; lean water, room temperature), the life of imported tubing such as long-life tubing, can be up to 10,000 hours.
